Policies

The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority is a government agency created in accordance with Chapter 370 of the Texas Transportation Code. The Mobility Authority operates under the provisions of Chapter 370 and other applicable Texas statutes. The Mobility Authority Board has adopted numerous policies to guide the operations of the Mobility Authority and to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
